WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Sciences or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant sales and/or marketing experience with demonstrated success in sales development preferably in high specialized technical products.
- Strong business acumen in order to be able to identify opportunities, assemble creative sales programs and demonstrate competitive advantage.
- Ability to apply complex analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Technical skills associated with polymer resins, processing and performance characteristics is a plus, particularly in high temperature polymers (Polysulfones, PEEK, PEI…) and/or fluoropolymers.
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influence skills.
- Team player but with a high level of self-responsibility and autonomy.
- MS Office, experience with SAP and Salesforce.com an asset.
- Full proficiency in English, other language skills welcome.
