WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree and/or certified in job related fields.
- 2-4 years of related experience, preferred in SSC/GBS/BPO environment.
- Good language skills in English and Spanish.
- A Go-See-Act approach.
- A fundamental problem-solving capability.
- Being able to instill trust and being resilient.
- Ready to communicate openly and directly.
- Understanding processes and process execution.
- Knowledge of Excel and other MS office applications.
- ERP system knowledge and SAP would be a plus.
- Ariba/Coupa/Esker/FSCM knowledge can be a plus.
- Data/process analytic tools can be a plus (Power BI, Tableau etc.)
