Job Summary

Position is responsible for the overall plant administrative functions covering a combination of some or all of the following: office management, human resources, scheduling, time-keeping and/or billing; may serve as support to plant office staff.

Essential Functions

  • Performs a variety of office administrative functions, such as preparing reports/documentation, processing mail, and filing.
  • Aids in coordination of plant communications.
  • May be responsible for updating & maintaining production training records and plant audit dates.
  • May assist Quality by managing documentation, samples and advanced shipping notices.
  • May assist HR Manager with proper documentation for new hires and/or employee transaction forms.
  • May assist Plant Management with time-keeping and attendance tracking.
  • Provides general administrative support to plant.
  • May provide lead direction to other staff in the performance of plant administrative responsibilities
  • Ordering and organizing of plant supplies.
  • Planner of site activities (community volunteer opportunities, celebrations, vending, travel)
  • Coordinator of site meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Manufacturing - Manufacturing Operations
  • Administration - Office
  • Administration - Office Equipment
  • Cross Functional - Manufacturing Industry
