ADTS Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Development Technical Services Manager to lead and manage our application design and technical services team. The ADTS Manager will be resonsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and support of the company's application portfolio. THis role requires a strong understanding of application development processes, project management, and team leadership. The succesful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our applications and technical services are developed and maintained to meet the needs of our organization and our customers.
Essential Functions
- Lead a team of ADTS Engineers providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Develop and implement application strategies to support the company's business objectives.
- Provides project management for the development of new application, product launch testing plan, data analysis, and/or communication of results.
- Work with customers to enhance or improve their internal process.
- Incorporate Avient products and services into customer applications across multiple business units.
- Manage the full life cycle of application development and support projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Monitor and manage application performance, identifying, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide regular updates and report to senior management on the performance and progress of application development projects.
- Manage successful resolution of customer complaints/issues.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Bachelors-Chemi Engineering or Equivalent Experience
- PhD-Chemistry or Equivalent Experience
- Minimum of 5-8 years' of experience in a team leadership role

- R&D & Technology - Technology/R&D
- Cross Functional - Process Improvement
Environmental, Health, Safety, & Security (EHS&S) Requirements
