QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Operations, Industrial Engineering or chemical Engineering.
- Proven analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other OE tools.
- You have already gained your first professional experience in process management.
- Data analysis skills and familiarity with supporting tools e.g. Minitab, JMP, MS Excel, MS Access.

- You feel responsible for the quality of your work whilst striving for steady excellence and optimization.
- Resilient under stress and capable of managing competing priorities.
- Excellent understanding of 5S and continuous improvement principles.

Physical Demands
- Requires standing and sitting for extended periods of time, talking and listening. Must be able to walk and use hands. Occasionally requires bending, stooping, climbing ladders and stairs. Typically work is in a manufacturing environment where noise level is loud. Generally, requires the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection, hard hat, respiratory protection. Exposure
- to outside weather conditions is routine. May be exposed to working in extreme heat and humidity. May also be exposed on occasion to dust or fumes.
- Ability to travel for business to other sites in Saudi Arabia.
