QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience

 

  • BSc in administration / Logistics or relevant field
  • Minimum of 2-years’ experience in handling customer service tasks

Additional Qualifications

 

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English languages, Arabic & French are preferred in addition
  • Professional certification is a plus
  • SAP users are preferable
