Customer Service Representative
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Additional Qualifications
- Fast and accurate data entry with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Conflict resolution skills and the ability to multi-task
- Time management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with others in a team environment
- Microsoft Office experience
- SAP experience
