WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Education in technical engineering, EHS, safety or similar.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
- Experience in leading projects or qualified in project management.
- Passion for training and guiding others in their projects.
- Ability to create commitment to safety awareness on the site.
- Safety advisor certification desirable.
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma – continuous improvement preferred.
- Trained to Green belt or higher level preferred.
- Extensive travelling – one week a month in Åland.
