Formerra HRIS/Payroll/Benefits Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field required.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience to include Benefits Administration and working knowledge of HRIS-Payroll integrated systems
- PHR or SHRM-CP Preferred
- Extensive knowledge of applicable employment laws, regulations and HR policies
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS office
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from candidates, managers, customers, and the general public.
Additional Qualifications
- Ability to work as part of a team with excellent collaboration skills across other functions and with business partners.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities including good time management skills, organizational skills, and taking accountability for tasks and issues.
- Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
- Quick thinking, initiative taking, and unafraid to be out of comfort zone.
