Global Benefits and Mobility Analyst

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience

• At least 1 year supporting a global compensation or benefits practice as either a consultant or employer

Additional Qualifications

• Microsoft Office expertise with specific focus on Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals across all organizational levels, geographies and cultures
• Collaborative attitude and prompt, effective communications are essential
• Preference for candidates with working knowledge of Canadian benefits
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
