Education and Experience

 

Education

·       Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

Experience: 

·      10+ years of experience in IT operations management, working and influencing cross-functionally, globally and with senior leaders in a matrix organization.

 

Additional Qualifications

 

Skills:

·       Transformation Experience: Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, including the adoption of modern technologies.

·       Ability to develop and implement effective IT strategies that support business objectives and drive growth.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

·       Proficiency in budget development and financial management.

·       Proven influencing and collaboration skills.

·       Proven track record of driving change and innovation in IT operations.

·       Experience leading large-scale IT projects.

 

Knowledge:

·       In-depth technical knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud technologies.

·       Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices, with experience in implementing security measures.

·       Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.

Leadership Abilities:

·       Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Drives change with thoughtful consideration of the organization while balancing the need to achieve meaningful results timely.

·       Tailors’ messages, as appropriate, to different levels of the organization to enable change efficiently and effectively
