Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

         Sustainability – embraces the quadruple bottom line (People, Planet, and Profit & Performance)

         Information Systems – a working knowledge of ERP and product stewardship software

         Safety – promoting safety-first culture

         Ability to live within commuting distance and travel 25%

 

Education and Experience:

         B.S. or B.A. Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology or related science/technical field

         10 years of experience in product compliance within the chemical industry or related industry

         Working knowledge of key chemical inventory, chemical control laws, product certifications (REACH, TSCA, Prop 65, NSF, UL etc.) and product specific clearances (CPSA, FDA, EFSA, etc.)

         At least 5 years of experience leading teams globally and remotely
