Global HR Leader
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline. Master’s degree, preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience as a human resources generalist, including, employee labor relations, interviewing, talent management, HRIS systems and leading others.
- Strong knowledge with Dutch labor regulations and law, and experience working with Works Councils and unions.
Additional Qualifications
- Ability to multitask while knowing when to prioritize time and focus to most critical aspects.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data succinctly to tell a story.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong ability to coach, train, and mentor others.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Robust verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to develop effective internal and external business relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Must be able to travel as required for successful execution of the essential functions of the position .
- Strength in influencing across and within the organization to achieve results for the greater good.
- Strong collaborator who knows how to navigate across a matrix global organization.
- Organizational and Cross-functional Leadership with a willingness to speak openly and operate with transparency, expecting the same from management.
