HR Generalist
Job Summary
As an HR Generalist, you will implement Avient's human resources services, policies and programs. Working closely with HR Managers, you will support the business units in making decisions that influence the organization's results by recruiting, retaining, rewarding and developing the best talents in the industry.
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile personality with a high level of resilience and specialist professional experience on a part time basis, we are open to discuss the actual working rate.
Essential Functions
In our team of passionate HR experts, we need you to support us:
- Collaboration and consulting with managers and employees on site in Gaggenau on general requests.
- Onboarding and support of employees.
- Implementation of HR policies and programs for existing and new employees in the business units at the German locations.
- Processing data in our HR information systems, e.g. in payroll administration, and ensuring high quality in the above-mentioned areas.
- Preparation of statistics, reports and presentations to support HR management and the business units in decision-making.
- Other HR-related tasks as required.
Education and Experience
- a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent and at least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience in German labor law.
- Good written and spoken German and English and strong communication skills.
- Experience with global HR systems, databases and time recording.
- Good knowlegde of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, organizational talent, self-confident appearance and high service orientation.
