Leadership Development Program Associate (SE)
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We want to consider you if you have the following:
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science or Materials Science.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience including internship or student assignments.
- Desire to learn and make a difference within the Polymer/Chemical Industry.
- Excellent project management skills, preferably with experience working on a project in industry.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Good active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- MS Office
- Languages: English fluent, additional European languages an asset.
- EU Category B Driving License.
