Education and Experience

In addition to the Avient Competencies required for all jobs, the following qualifications are required for this job:

·       Education and Experience

·       Bachelor’s degree required

·       Currently pursuing a law degree (1L and 2L)

·       Minimum 3.0 GPA required, 3.5 highly preferred

·       Previous work experience a plus, but not required

 

Additional Qualifications

·       Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills

·       Analytical skills with strong attention to detail

·       Effective research and writing skills

·       Strong team orientation and the ability to work within a collaborative environment

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·       Desire to learn and develop within the legal field

·       Requires excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
