Job Summary

Reporting to the EMEA-Payroll Manager, you will be responsible to support our payroll team with the accurate and timely processing of payroll. This role includes responsibility for smaller payroll entities and acting as back up for the main payroll coordinator. In addition, you will be the connection point between the local stakeholders and the Time Management System Provider to ensure smooth processing. You will also contribute to payroll automation efforts, standardization of payroll vendor reporting and support on various projects related to the payroll operations. The payroll coordinator works closely with HR, Finance and external providers, ensuring compliance with all legal and organizational requirements.
 

Essential Functions

  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all payroll transactions, both regular and irregular payments, for assigned countries.
     
  • Managing and maintain the time and attendance system as connection point for local stakeholders for the countries in charge including supporting implementation and improvement projects
     
  • Provide day-to day administrative and operations support to the payroll team members.
     
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance. 
     
  • Support all internal and external payroll and time management audits. 
     
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding payroll matters, records, deductions and procedures. 
     
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support payroll related projects and system implementations.
     
  • Generate reports and provided payroll related analytics as needed.

Education and Experience

  • Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree 
     
  • Proven experience (+-3 y) in payroll administration or coordination.
     
  • Strong understanding of time and attendance systems.
     
  • Ability to apply complex analytical and critical thinking skills 
     
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills   
     
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities 
     
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Excel 
     
  • Proficiency with Oracle and ProTime T&A System are an asset 
     
  • Languages: English, other languages are an asset.
