WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or Technical discipline (e.g., chemistry, (industrial) engineering).
- 5 to 15 years of experience in a technical or commercial role collaborating with various functions, ideally in the field of marketing/product managment.
- Strong leadership skills paired with a high level of both written and oral communication skills.
- Marketing excellence: demonstrated depth and breadth across the entire marketing discipline; able to develop broad strategies and drive operational details.
- Able to effectively coach and direct personnel in marketing sub-disciplines to achieve results. Ability to communicate at different levels within the organization.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Powerpoint).
