Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/managing direct reports, plastics industry experience is preferred
• Proficient in MS office with the ability to learn new applications
• Conflict resolution skills
• Strong communication, organizational, problem solving, teamwork interpersonal and leadership skills.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to walk. The associate is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and talk or hear. The associate is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 55 lbs. Specific vision abilities may be required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment ranges from normal office noise levels to loud.
