QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in Business or Human Resources with experience leading full cycle recruiting.
• Experience leading a team with emphasis on coaching, career development, and driving accountability
• Motivates and inspires others with a strong desire to win and through demonstrating functional and leadership competencies
• Demonstrated strength using data and analytics to help drive decision making
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive change / process management.
• Strong interpersonal and effective presentation skills.
• Self-starter with high sense of urgency and drive for results in developing and attaining recruiting goals.
• Strong knowledge of systems including social network recruiting platforms, specifically Taleo, Indeed, Oracle and the LinkedIn Recruiter platform.
