Sr. Customer Service Representative

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or GED is required for this role.
• 5 years experience in order management and customer service, preferably in manufacturing industry.
• 5 years experience in account management with includes interactions with a sales team.
• Experience with imports and exports is a plus.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft suite of services is required.
