Education & Experience Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance or Technical discipline (chemistry or engineering preferred) 
•    MBA - preferred
•    10+ years of relevant job experience with demonstrated leadership, capabilities and impact on results
•    Demonstrated team management and development
•    Strategic and Annual Planning development and execution

Additional Qualifications:
•    Strong leadership skills paired with a high level of both written and oral communication skills
•    Able to deal effectively with ambiguity and learning agility in a fast pace global environment
•    Strong entrepreneurial orientation coupled with good business and financial acumen 
•    Excellent quantitative and business analytical skills
•    High confidence in empowering team for evolving solutions
•    Ability to function effectively within a global, matrix organization and communicate at different levels within the organization
•    Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Sales Force, SAP/Tableau, Accolade, Social Media)

Physical Demands
•    Must be able to traverse and operate computer and other office equipment. 
•    Typical work is in an office environment where the noise level is low to moderate. 
•    This position requires travel 25% of the time
