Education and Experience

  • 1-3 years experience in Talent Acquisition sourcing candidates, information technology experience preferred
  • Experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and craft Boolean search strings)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, Taleo experience preferred
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to positively present Avient and open roles to potential candidates
  • Effective time-management abilities
  • High school diploma required; Advanced Degree preferred (BS degree or equivalent)

Physical Demands

  • Requires stand and sitting for prolonged periods of time, talking and listening
  • Typical work is in an office environment where the noise level is low to moderate (remote and hybrid work available)
