Technical Leadership Development Program (TLDP)

Who are we looking for?

We want to consider you if you have the following:

• PhD in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or Polymer Science/Engineering. Candidates holding a Master Degree with thesis are also eligible.

• Desire to learn and make a difference into the Polymer/Chemical Industry.

• Excellent project management skills, preferably with experience through a project or internship in industry.

• Good spoken and written communication skills.

• Good active listening skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Skilled at using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

• Knowledge and demonstrable use of statistics in your research.

• Fluency in English.

Additional qualifications (desirable):

• Knowledge of polymer chemistry and characterization techniques.

• Experience in polymer processing such as compounding and injection molding.

• Computational skills such as programming (C/C++/Python) and data science.

Physical Demands:

• Requires standing and sitting for prolonged periods, talking and listening.

• Typical work is in an office environment where the noise level is low to moderate.
