Who are we looking for?
We want to consider you if you have the following:

PhD in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or Polymer Science/Engineering. Candidates holding a Master Degree with thesis are also eligible.

Desire to learn and make a difference into the Polymer/Chemical Industry.

Excellent project management skills, preferably with experience through a project or internship in industry.

Good spoken and written communication skills.

Good active listening skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Skilled at using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Knowledge and demonstrable use of statistics in your research.

Fluency in English.
Additional qualifications (desirable):
-
Knowledge of polymer chemistry and characterization techniques.

Experience in polymer processing such as compounding and injection molding.

Computational skills such as programming (C/C++/Python) and data science.
Physical Demands:
-
Requires standing and sitting for prolonged periods, talking and listening.
-
Typical work is in an office environment where the noise level is low to moderate.
