QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience

  • Experience in GBS/SSC/BPO area
  • 5 years of experience in Transformation/Transition/Program/Project Management with complex project pipeline is a must, experience in matrix organization is a must
  • Understanding of budget impact of changes and able to assess business impact of changes
  • Understanding SSC/ GBS process understanding, and technology used; SAP experience is a must; other ERP systems is a plus
  • Experience with process standardization and optimization, digitalization, Lean, Analytic (Tableu) is a must; Organizational Change Management is a plus
  • Experience as a project manager accountable for results delivery is a must
  • Fluent English is a must, other European language is a plus
