Job Summary

 The HR Operations Analyst assists the Human Resources team in uploading, processing, and reporting on transactions related to employee and payroll data. This includes working with employees, the HR team, as well as external vendors and government entities to ensure accurate data is provided. This individual will support the Human Resources organisation from our Global HRIS team. The HR Operations Analyst has knowledge of process controls, data consistency, documentation, process improvement, and reporting and will problem solve, multi-task, and drive consistency and constancy in all geographic areas.

 

Essential Functions

  • Maintains employee data in Oracle HCM Cloud for employee groups.
  • Monitors HR Systems inbox for Oracle HCM Cloud transactions to be forwarded to Payroll.
  • Coordinates the processing of payroll for employee groups in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Performs checks and balances to ensure the integrity and accuracy of payroll data.
  • Oversee administration of irregular payments such as incentives, bonuses, commissions, disability, and other company benefits.
  • Works closely with the human resources department to ensure accurate benefits processing.
  • Upload and reconcile payroll data to payroll providers, government agencies and HRIS for accurate and timely payroll processes.
  • Upload and reconcile time and attendance data to payroll system for payroll processes.
  • Analyse and prepare reporting on various payroll results.
  • Prepare reporting data from various systems on HRIS as per business requirements.
  • Support audits of HRIS data through queries of the system and connecting to local HR and payroll teams
  • Complies with requests for payroll-related reports.
  • Other projects/duties assigned.

Education and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in human resources or equivalent experience required
  • 3-4 years’ experience in HR operation, Human resources systems work, payroll audit or related area


Additional Qualifications

  • Must have the ability to multitask with strong time/priority management skills
  • Strong organisational and facilitation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
